Attorney John, Indianapolis Bankruptcy Office - A couple with a repossessed car came into the Castleton branch andd met with bankruptcy attorney John Sadler. The vehicle was repossessed after the client was on medical leave from work. Indianapolis Geraci attorney Sadler filed the Chapter 13 bankruptcy petition the next day. A Chapter 13 provided bankruptcy protection and stopped the auction of the repossessed vehicle. The couple picked up the car the day the case was filed. Without the help of bankruptcy attorney Sadler and other Peter Francis Geraci staff, the couple would have needed to walk home.

Attorney Kyle, Chicago Bankruptcy Office - Client was still being harassed by creditors after their bankruptcy case was filed. Kyle called the creditor with the client on the phone. Creditor apologized and agreed to not call client any more.

Attorney Nathan, Chicago Bankruptcy Office - Client came to our office after meeting with another bankruptcy lawyer who said she could not file Chapter 7 bankruptcy because she "made too much money". After reviewing the clients income and expenses and correctly applying the standards of the Means Test, Attorney Nathan was able to file a Chapter 7 bankruptcy for the client, even though the other attorney said it was not possible.

Attorney Joseph, Milwaukee Bankruptcy Office - Filed a Chapter 13 bankrupcy in less than 24 hours for a client who had their car repossessed the day before. Two quick phone calls to the repo company and auction house, and the client had their car back within hours.

Attorney Felicia, Milwaukee Bankruptcy Office - Client had their vehicle registration suspended for being in an auto accident without insurance. Not only did we get the suspension lifted with the DOT, but we had the $50 reinstatement fee lifted because they processed the paperwork after the case was filed. Client was able to walk into the DOT and get their registration reinstated without paying anything!

Attorney Lacey, Indianaplis Bankruptcy Office - Client originally wanted to file Chapter 7 and wipe out 10k worth of debt. Client was behind on their house payments, and had a second mortgage. We were able to file Chapter 13 for the client, have them pay only 12% of their 10k worth of debt, and completely strip the $40k second mortgage on their residence! Now, client only has 1 mortgage payment, and only had to pay back $1,200 of the $10,000 worth of debt they originally wanted to eliminate. We actually got rid of over $50,000 worth of debt for the client!

Attorney Paul, Chicago Bankruptcy Office - Came in to work on Monday, noticed that there was a speeding trap a few blocks from the office. Made a point to let all his clients in the office know to obey the speed limit on that street!

Attorney Jason, Chicago Bankruptcy Office - Client showed up for their 341 meeting of the creditors on the wrong day! Jason was able to talk to the trustee for the case, and the trustee agreed to let the client's case be heard on that day. Saved the client from having to take off more time and travel to their meeting on a different day.

Attorney Andy, Milwaukee Bankruptcy Office - Filed a pro-bono case for a single mother on a fixed income with 4 children at home. Client was very appreciative, we were able to file her Chapter 7 banrkuptcy within a day.

Attorney Joseph, Milwaukee Bankruptcy Office - After attending a client's 341 Meeting of the Creditors, helped an elderly client with a prosthetic hand get into his semi-truck. It was 95 degrees out that day!

Attorney Abraham, Milwaukee Bankruptcy Office - Filed a bankruptcy for a client who had a gambling addiction. Client feared he may relapse at the only casino he went to. Abe called the casino with the client in the office and requested that the client be banned from the casino. Client was extremely appreciative that his attorney wanted to help get his life back on track
